• The color of the item can appear different depending on the lighting at the shooting location.
• Transparent background if image doesn't fill print area or no background color.
• Despite ordering the same design, there may be a slight variation in the colors and location of the print area due to the materials and temperature.
• Please remove any foreign objects from the surface of your phone before attempting to connect the holder because it may become less sticky if there is dust or oil present.
• Please note that the holder may be easily removed from curved, silicon, leather, or anti-fingerprint or pollution coated phones.
• There could be air bubbles, fine dust, scratches, pollution, and sections that aren't entirely resin-filled. This is a result of the process' particular characteristics, hence it is not the reason for the faulty.
• There may be a crack if you wipe it with an alcohol-based sanitizer because the alcoholic components smear on the interior of the hemisphere phone grip.
• Kindly clean up any smudges with a gentle substance, like a moist tissue or cloth, that doesn't contain alcohol.

Guidance Notes before Order

• Because it has a hemisphere-like shape, this can appear larger than the actual image size, similar to a convex lens, and it can also cause the image to appear distorted depending on the viewing angle.
• While its convex shape may make ink particles and other small specks or dust produced by the printing process appear larger, this is not a reason for a defect due to the characteristics of the production process.
